Area9’s Training and Development Policy seeks to reconcile Area9’s staff needs and aspirations with those of Area9, as a company.
At Area9, we recognise that the calibre and competence of our employees are vital factors in ensuring that we remain a successful organisation. To this end we strive to promote employee development through high quality training and learning opportunities both on and off the job.

Area9 will endeavour to maximise opportunities for employees to improve their levels of skills and knowledge in order to improve workplace productivity and staff satisfaction through programs such as:

Area9 work benefits

Area9 also partners with the Australian Computer Society (ACS) and encourages its staff to become members of this professional body. ACS assists Area9 to develop its staff into ICT professionals and offers its own formal training to enhance the training programs offered by Area9. Professional memberships are paid for by Area9 on behalf of its employees.
