Is your warranty about to expire, but you’re not ready to replace your devices? A HP Care Pack Post Warranty Service keeps you covered until you buy new hardware.
Includes:
- Remote problem diagnosis and support
- Parts and labor coverage
- Offsite or onsite repair service
- Repairs made with certified HP parts
- Coverage varies with initial offer on device
- Available for one year a er initial warranty or extended coverage
HP Contractual Care Services
This warranty is customised according to your specific requirements and includes continuous onsite and remote support after your original hardware warranty expires.
Includes:
- Spare part and material replacement*
- Call consultation about problems that may arise before the Engineer visits
- Onsite support/service
- Hardware Problem Diagnosis
- Next Business day response
- Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) (optional)
- Defective Media Retention (DMR) allows customers to keep their hard drive if it is defective and requires replacement while underwarranty (optional)
