DARWINS VERY OWN TROPICAL CLOUD !
On Wednesday 21st Sept Area9 launched the third Australian vCloud Powered Cloud Computing Centre, right here in the Territory. VIP's, Industry representatives, local businesses and Cloud customers of Area9 gathered to hear speeches delivered by Hon. Rob Knight MLA, Northern Territory Minister for Business, Maria Harvey, Management Consultant from Bawinanga Aboriginal Corporation (an early adopter of Area9's Cloud) and Duncan Bennet, VP and managing director of VMware Australia and New Zealand
Duncan said "Area9's technical prowess bettered far larger service providers nationally and internationally".
Area9's story has gone global with worldwide online IT media running articles on Australia's "Tropical Cloud".
