Sign Promotion

  • Adobe Sign transactions must have a minimum of 1,500 transaction, or 150 transaction + 1 VIP unit
  • Full year or any partial year pro-rated duration. Multiyear purchases are paid out on only the first 12 months
  • New subscriptions only; renewals are not eligible
  • All SKUs sold through the VIP program only
  • Available in all vertical markets

Perpetual Acrobat

  • Customer must be an existing Acrobat TLP customer and must purchase an equal or greater number of Acrobat licenses through VIP
  • All Acrobat team and enterprise SKUs available on the VIP price list are eligible, excluding Adobe Sign
  • No minimum quantity
  • Available only for customers who have never purchased Acrobat licenses through VIP
  • Offer pricing may be applied to new and add-on licenses only
  • Renewals will be at regular published pricing
  • Customer must purchase a 12-month subscription through VIP
  • Commercial and government only for migrations to VIP
  • Adobe will audit use of this offer and may terminate any licenses that do not meet the eligibility criteria
  • The following transactions are ineligible for this offer:
    • All education transactions
    • CLP, VIP Custom, and ETLA transactions
    • VIP 3-year commit transactions
    • Adobe Sign transactions

Acrobat New/Add On

  • Eligible for 10+ new units
  • Full year or any partial year pro-rated duration. Multiyear purchases are paid out on only the first 12 months
